These terms describe what you can expect from Holdstill, and what we expect from you when using the service.

Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for the content you upload. You confirm you have the rights to the photos and metadata you publish.
Acceptable use
Don't use Holdstill to host illegal content, infringe others' rights, abuse our infrastructure, or attempt to break security controls. We may suspend accounts that do.
Plans and billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly or yearly. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of your paid period.
Availability
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service. We will communicate clearly when issues affect you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
