We regularly move studios from Pixieset, Pic-Time, ShootProof, Zenfolio, CloudSpot, and PASS+. If you run a bespoke WordPress stack, say so in your first email — we will be honest about fit.
No. We do not erase galleries or change your legacy account. Migration runs in a private Holdstill staging workspace until you approve publish.
No. Concierge migration is included with Core and Studio paid plans. Starter is for self-serve trials; upgrade when you are ready to move a real archive.
We supply suggested email copy in your tone and can help with in-gallery banners for bookmarked old URLs. You send through your own client relationship — we do not spam your list.
Small archives can move in a couple of weeks. Large multi-terabyte libraries with complex access rules may run in phases. We quote a calendar after a short discovery call — not an auto-reply ticket number.
Yes on Holdstill Core and Studio: there is no per-gallery migration invoice. Pic-Time and similar vendors often charge per gallery on top of subscription fees. You still pay for your Holdstill plan; you do not pay again per album moved.
